Double bedroom for rent with own bathroom for a professional flatmate in the popular and reputable The Edge building development right by the Arndale and Deansgate with the best of the city centre's amenities, pubs / bars / restaurants and convenience. If your workplace is in Deansgate or around, this place is surely for you.

The flat itself is one of the biggest 2 bedroom types, corner plot, large wrap around balcony with views to both Arndale and river, outstanding natural light, luxurious finish and very quiet! The building facility is very secure with a 24 hr concierge.

The flat will be shared with me (live in landlord), very laid back and because I love my flat, I will make sure everything works properly and I hope to make the tenant feel at home.

The double bedroom is for ONE person only (preferably a professional lady for tidiness reasons).
It has a standard double bed, large and very tall illuminated wardrobe, dressing table and stool, chest of drawers, mirrors, shelves, AND 22" full HD LED TV connected to aerial Freeview. If you have your own DVD player, console etc. You are welcome to connect your devices to the bedroom TV.

Large open plan living room, kitchen and dining area, with double aspect floor to ceiling windows, 46" full HD LED TV, 3D Blue Ray DVD player, soundbar with Bluetooth connection to support output from smartphones etc. There are also a dishwasher and washing machine.

About myself, I work full time for a government backed biotech firm, very polite, chill out, respectful & open minded personality.

Bills that are included in the rent:
- Electricity
- Water
- Council Tax
- TV licence
- Internet broadband access (Wifi)
- Flat service charges

While the rent includes bills, this is based on a fair / moderate usage.

Vaping is ok inside the flat.
