I've just moved into this new apartment and I'm looking for a really friendly and sociable housemate to live with. It is all brand new and really is a gorgeous apartment! I'm very clean and tidy and am looking for someone similar. I like going out occasionally but do prefer a quiet night in with a glass of wine! I moved to Manchester about 5 years ago so I know it a bit but someone who also wants to go out for dinner/drinks would be good!

The apartment comes with all the usuals that you would expect like broadband, Netflix, now tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer. We also have a concierge who is great and helps with taking parcels etc. All very secure with cctv everywhere. We also have a sky garden which will be really nice in the summer! It's a south-facing apartment so it gets lots of sun too :)

Right next to New Islington tram stop which is in the city zone and really useful for getting into town. Plus it's only about a 15 min walk to Piccadilly station or Piccadilly gardens. Pure gym is just down the road and the don't hesitate to ask. Looking for someone to move in at the end of June/start of July!
