Double bedroom to rent near Manchester Piccadilly
Room to Let in City Centre
There is a double room available to rent in my two bed flat as my current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend.
The flat is located on Ducie Street so a couple of minutes walk from Piccadilly station and the Northern Quarter.
The flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen/ living room with a baloney over-looking the canal.
I am 25 and work at the University of Manchester. I enjoy relaxing and cooking in the week after work and eating/ going out at the weekend.
The flat is currently being rented through Thornley Groves so anyone wanting to move in would need to go through the reference checks which cost £228.00 and the deposit is £512. 50. The lease is currently for 6 months and would run to 3rd May. The rent is £850 a month between two and with all of the bills included monthly costs are around £575.00 (including council tax, water, electricity and internet).
