Northern Quarter, double room in 2 bed, 2 bathroom

Large two bedroom flat with two bathrooms. Large internal balcony. Large kitchen/diner/sitting room. Fully furnished. Recently refurbished. Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Room has desk, chair, drawers, wardrobe, mirror and double bed. My bedroom is en-suite but there is also a large, main bathroom.

The flat is a few mins walk from Piccadilly train station. There is no parking, I'm afraid, unless you agree with one of the other residents to rent one of the empty parking spaces off of them.

I am a postgraduate student at Manchester Uni, in the English Department. I play tennis at uni a few times a week, try to go to Pure Gym a few mins walk away and like to socialise, play sport, watch movies/tv and travel. I do like to go out but I also enjoy just hanging around the living room watching movies and chatting. I am very quiet in the flat so I won't keep you awake at night. My current flatmate starts work at 6am every weekday morning so I'm used to creeping around at night so that I don't disturb him! He's moving out because he's finishing his work placement and is returning home to Germany.

I'm keen to find a flatmate, rather than a lodger, if you understand what I mean. I can negotiate on the rent because I think the most important thing is to share with the right flatmate to have a chilled living environment.
