Mon-Fri let / Modern city centre apartment

Hi,

I have a double bedroom available on a Monday to Friday let basis in a 2 bed apartment in the city centre, in the Green Quarter.

It's a short walk (5 mins) from The Printworks and Corn Exchange leisure/entertainment facilities for bars, restaurants, and the cinema, etc. There are a few gyms nearby, plus the Fort Shopping Complex.

It's close to Manchester Victoria train station (5 mins walk) and is also walkable to Piccadilly Train station (20 mins), as well as being close to Shudehill tram and bus station.

The flat is furnished throughout, and would suit a professional who needs to be based in Manchester on a Monday to Friday basis.

There is a Co-op underneath the building for convenient shopping and the flat has lovely views of the city skyline, from a small balcony.

Parking does not come with the flat, however you will be able to organise this with ease, at an additional cost. It's just me in the flat and I have an en-suite, so you will have full use of the main bathroom.

Broadband/wi-fi and all bills are included. I don't have a live TV subscription, but I do have a firestick so you can watch catch up shows via the different Iplayer services, or watch dvd’s If you’ve got a DVD player/games console.

I am a friendly, tidy, organised professional, and the flat would suit somebody similar. I also have a small chihuahua, but he is very friendly and chilled, and not at all yappy like most small breeds, so don't let that put you off! :-)

The apartment is fully equipped, and ready for someone to move in from December, when the current lodger moves out, as their work contract in the city ends.
