Bedroom without furniture

Room has sloped ceiling with lots of light, two velux windows with blinds. Single bed in photo, but it will fit a double bed. A double bed will limit space in the room though.

I'd like to find someone who'd want to stay for at least a year, but contract will be fixed for 6 months.

Living with a super chill, fun, friendly skateboarder. I'm open minded, chatty, but also respectful of space. I'm vegan but super chill about it. I'm a professional filmmaker, teacher & voice actor.

Looking for: someone friendly, clean/ tidy, & respectful. It'd be fun to be friends and hangout now and again. Veggies/vegans preferred but not essential. Smokers OK as long as no smoking happens in the flat. Any gender. LGBTQ+ welcome (I'm genderqueer)

Living room/kitchen is large with lots of light provided by 6 velux windows. Airy in summer, warm in winter as we're on top floor (only 3 flights of stairs). You would have priority on use of living room, especially in the evening.

Unfurnished. Welcome to bring your own furniture, or we get more together.

Bathroom is huge with big bath/excellent shower. Kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, gas hob (all fairly new) & large fridge/freezer.

10mins cycle to central Manc. 85 bus stops right outside to central Manc. Ubers & Bolt always available. 10mins walk to huge Asda in Hulme. 5mins walk from beautiful Alexandra Park.

Bills will be split 50/50 between us
water, energy, internet around 130 ÷ 2 = 65
Council tax: 135 ÷ 2 = 67.5
