Lovely, Large and Newly Refurbished Double Room.

I am a PhD student who has a 3 bedroom house on a quiet road in Northenden. I am looking to rent a lovely double room to someone, ideally a female postgraduate or mature student (due to council tax exemptions). I would also be happy to rent to someone who only required the room during the week and would consider a professional, but I might have to renegotiate the rent (as it includes bills).

I am polite and friendly, reliable and honest and I'm looking for a someone similar to rent a bright, warm beautifully furnished double room in a terraced house.

Great things about the room/house:
- It's furnished with LOADS of storage. Things can be moved around if necessary. - Sky TV (with Sky Sports)
- Big modern kitchen and a modern bathroom (with electric shower).
- Really effective radiators throughout & real flame gas fire in the living room.
- Outdoor patio area and garden.

It's a 1-min walk to the bus stop (~35 minutes to the centre) and the buses run 24 hours. It's around 3 min by car from the M60 ring road motorway, 8 mins to airport, 10 to Wythenshawe hospital & there's free street parking. The Trafford Centre is about 15 mins by car. It is £5 in a taxi to Didsbury and you can walk across the golf course in less than 30 mins.

It's about 5 minutes walk from Northenden village, where there is a post office, dry cleaners, Tesco, Morrisons, some cafes, a Halfords, lots of takeaways, DIY shops and bars.

I am very clean and tidy so would like to find someone who enjoys living in this sort of environment and wouldn't mind pitching in. I am also friendly and polite and would really like to find someone I get along with.
