You must be a working individual with a minimum salary of £19,000. You must have no active CCJ’s and a previous landlord reference.

- Rent is £600 per month payable to the agent and references will be checked by the agent.
- There is a deposit of £632.50 which will be a replacement of the deposit paid by the current tenant. This deposit will be returned to both tenants post any deductions for any damages in the apartment.
