Hiya, I am the proud owner of a stunning (slightly biased :-) four bedroom, four storey Victorian end terrace house in a quite(ish) part of Sale. My home has been lovingly restored to it's former glory by an Architect (me). Unfortunately I separated from my wife a few years ago, and finances are tighter than I'd like to admit, hence my advert to share my home on this site. I have two gorgeous young boys (8 and 6), they stay with me half the time, so I need a person who I can trust completely, I'd probably prefer a female tenant if I had to be honest, but the right person, no matter what their 'orientation' (horizontal?!) would be welcome. Anyway, sorry to waffle, there is a lovely large furnished bedroom in need of an occupant, for a reasonable rent of £350 a month including all bills except telephone.
About the house; Well, it's nearly perfect, if a little cold in winter as it 'benefits' from draughty original sash windows. There is only one bathroom, but it's nice and clean, new, all Travertine tiles and it's free 99. 9% of the time! The kitchen is also very new, all high gloss units and floor, there is chilled water and an ice maker. There is a large garage and two dry cellars for storage if you need some space for stuff, it's not a problem. There is one off street parking space, and lots of parking on street. There is also wireless broadband and free land line calls after 7pm and weekends. Large south facing garden, half lawn and half mud, lots of blue bells and a one random aquilegia standing tall.
About the area; The house is in Sale, very well connected by road, 25 mins into Manchester, and you're on the M60 and M56 if you need to travel further. It's 15 minutes walk from Sale tram stop, and about the same to Sale Water Park (airport line).
There are small local convenience shops very nearby and I'm not too far from Wythenshawe Hospital and Manchester Airport.
About me; I work hard, I'm a single parent half the time, I'm quite social, always undertaking different projects, decorating, refurbishing, digging, fixing, etc. My children are very well behaved, and will not disturb (when they are asleep :-)
