Double room in a nice terrace in Sale

Hi there. I'm looking for someone to rent my spare double room in my house in Sale. The room has just been decorated and I haven't let the room before. There is wifi in the house and bills are included. The road is a private road with communal parking at the end.

I'm looking for someone who is easy to get along with and can feel relaxed in my house, as well as someone who is clean and tidy and who will respect my house. I've recently renovated the whole house and everything is new so it's in a great condition.

I'm sociable and enjoy a few drinks as well as enjoying quiet time to myself. Someone who is similar would be ideal. My boyfriend is around quite a lot as well as friends who live in the area so there's often people around on weekends.

I work as a surveyor so I'm based at home and have a desk in the dining room but I'm usually out most of the time. I can also spend periods of time working away in the week.

My house is close to Brooklands metrolink station and Sale town centre with a Sainbury's across the road so it's in a great position.
