Furnished Double Bedroom in Sale

Furnished double bedroom which is available from 13th December in a nice area of Sale. The room has a double bed (with bedding if required), chest of drawers and one wardrobe.

Homeowners are live in landlords both female paramedics. One other male professional housemate is also resident. We are looking for a clean, respectful friendly and like minded person with a similar lifestyle as as we work long unsociable hours. Although the house is very relaxed and friendly, it would not suit those wanting a more lively atmosphere due to housemates working long shifts. However somebody to sit and watch a good film and have a chat with now and then would be great.

The landlords have one very laid back dog called Albert who is a golden retriever and 2 very friendly cats. Therefore it is important that housemates are relaxed and good with animals.

Housemates have use of all appliances, including use of wifi, kitchen, shared bathroom and living room. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven and microwave. The living room has a TV with Netflix, 2 seater leather sofa and 3 seater sofa. We have gardens to the front and rear and we are located in a very quiet area with ample parking available.

Ideal location being 10 minute walk from Sale Moor and half hour walk to Sale Town Centre. Only 10-15 minutes drive from Manchester city centre and local bus and metrolink within walking distance.

Must be employed with a regular income.

Not suitable for children or couples.

Smokers are welcome but no smoking in the house as owner is a non smoker.

Guests only considered after a settling in period.
