En-Suite Double bedroom in Salford Quays available

Hi! I’m a 24 year old supervisor of a chain coffee shop who’s looking for a new flatmate. The room comes with an en-suite and large windows for excellent views of the Salford Quays and lots of natural light.

The flat itself comes with a nicely sized open plan Living Room/Kitchen Dining space with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the city, enough countertop space for two people to cook at the same time, sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, Tv unit, and coffee table, as well as a decently sized balcony to enjoy the warmer weather in the summer months or even just for a good bit of fresh air.

The flat is situated right next door to a Tesco express; good for a quick shelf top up, directly opposite the Salford quays tram stop so Manchester City centre is only ever 20 minutes away, top quality Indian restaurant and a decently priced pub which also does great food for value, and then last but not least White City retail park is a 10 minute walk away which is ideal for big food shops, or just for any bits and bobs you might need.

Now for a bit about me; I’m a fun, chatty and outgoing individual who loves a night out with the girls as much as a night in on the couch with some awful trash TV. I work shifts with changing patterns so sometimes I’ll start early in the morning, sometimes I finish at nighttime’s so would need someone understanding of this. The ideal flatmate would be another queer individual like myself however as long as you’re an accepting person then that’s fine by me.
