£900 - All bills inc & Parking spot

Hey!

My names Dylan, 24 and currently looking for someone to move in around the 5th July.

Would like someone who's similar to myself. I enjoy going to the gym, hikes, dinners and the occasional night out from time to time.

I also dog sit in the area so we may have a 4 legged friend once in a while.

I'm a very easy going person, just looking for someone to move in who's sociable, nice and tidies up after themselves.

As the title says it's £900 for the month which includes
- Rent
- Bills
- Broadband
and you get a parking spot.

The nearest tram stop is Cornbrook which is a 10 minute walk (if that) but you're in the city center within 20 minutes.

You can also take the canal route when it's a warm day and thats a nice walk straight into town.
