I’m moving out of my shared flat in May so my room will be available from May 12th. It’s a double bed with an ensuite & plenty of space for a desk if you work from home.

The flat has a 24/7 concierge, free gym, working spaces and free WiFi. It’s in a great location right next to Spinningfields and a 10 minute walk into town.

The rent is £792.50 pcm, plus bills (around £150 per month) - so all in around £945 pcm. The deposit is £647.50 and there is a change of sharer fee of £50. You need to earn minimum £24,000 per year - if you don’t meet this then you would need a guarantor who earns at least £31,700 per year.
