The flat is close to Lidl, Aldi, 24 hours Tesco, Salford shopping city and all link of transportation. It takes 15 minutes to Manchester city centre, 5 mins to Media City, 5 mins to Salford University. The rent will be £280+ bills (electricity, water, internet and tv licence) have to be shared. The minimum term or the rent is 6 months. However, if you want to stay shorter can be discussed.
I am friendly, tidy, clean and respectful ; and looking for somebody to be similar. I am a PhD student so no party person please because after midnight I need to sleep.
