I'm a fourth year chemistry student at the University of Manchester studying for my masters. I'm looking for four housemates to share a large 5 bedroom house, which consists of three large double bedrooms and one small double bedroom.

I've lived in this house for a year, and the landlord always cleans and repaints during the summer meaning the house is in a very good condition, with top quality furnishing and fitting, (as can be seen in the photos).

All bills are including in the rent (fair usages policy for gas and electricity). I recommend this property as it's in a good location to the university, it takes me approximately 15 minutes to walk into the chemistry department.

I'm looking for people who like to live in a clean tidy environment, but also fun social or people. I'll probably be doing work during the week but do enjoy going to the pub for a pint/out for dinner, as well as just chilling in watching TV! I'm happy for groups of people to enquiry or individual people.
