Im a 31yo Professional female who works at Manchester Metropolitan University.
I have a lovely spare double room to rent in my comfortable flat in a converted period property in the heart of West Didsbury. I am looking for a professional female to move in around the 1st December - although this date is negotiable.
I am clean and tidy, and enjoy living in a quiet house. The location has lots going on nearby though, being right on the doorstep of Burton Road and all the cafes/bars it has to offer .... No more taxis home!!
The flat has recently been refurbished with a comfortable living space, large bathroom and kitchen with all mod cons. It also has a lovely terrace/garden to the rear - A real rarity for a flat in this area!
Close to bus/Metrolink with quick and 24hr access to the city Centre/Media City. Also just 5 mins away from M60 junc 5 if you work further away.
For any more info please feel free to ring/message. Also I have an adorable cat who lives with me. So animal lovers would be nice but not essential. BUT really sorry cannot take anyone who has pets of their own!!
