Furnished Double Room in Whitefield

Hi.

I have a large double room in my appt available on a Mon-Fri basis. Fully furnished and the rent includes bills.
I have no issue with short or long terms rentals. Rental price for short term will be negotiated depending on the length of the stay.

The appt has sky broadband a fully fitted kitchen and bath with shower overhead.

Whitefield is 5 miles from Manchester City Centre (20 min journey on the tram) and has great transport links. The appt is 5 mins drive from the motorway and we have the Metrolink and regular bus routes a 10 minute walk from the appt.
Whitefield also has a multitude of amenities including shops, gyms, pubs, bars, restaurants, takeout, banks etc all on the doorstep.
The rent of £500 isnt set in stone always willing to negotiate.
Im very easy going and tend to spend my evenings chilling out with a cuppa and a bit of tele after a long day at work.
