A shared house with your own private room. Available 1st June,

This house is 2 story and has a lovely view across the forests of lower Abertillery.
On entering, you come across a homey living room filled with indoor plants and a cozy two double seater sofas with a TV and Chromecast.
Next, the kitchen. An adorable Welsh sized kitchen with all important amenities, kettle (for that cuppa after a long day) microwave, gas stove and of course big fridge and freezer.

Upstairs there are the two double bedrooms (one already occupied) and the other one yours! Then, a spacious shared bathroom, which has a newly upgraded bathtub. There is also a third bedroom for shared storage

Onto the outside areas now. The front porch has a stunning view of a beautiful park and on the side you can hear the river flowing by covered by a dense Welsh Valley forest.

At the back, there is a driveway where you can park or wash your car. There is also a shed for extra storage as well.

Shorty about the area, there is a Tesco down the road and cute pub/ restaurant right next to it. Very close to the main town, although you might need to get your hiking boots on as it is quite of an incline to walk up. Great exercise! Local Library, fish and chips shop, charity shops and more can be found around.
If you are more of a weekly shopper, there is a big ASDA and LIDL a 10 minute drive away with many more stores as well. There is also a park and ride railway station about 2.5 miles from house with a regular train service into Central Cardiff

Looking for a housemate who considers themselves clean and tidy, especially when it comes to common areas. For example, when the floors seem to be getting a little too dusty, you wouldn't mind grabbing the hoover and dancing with it! Gas and Electricity is shared between two lodgers no other and there is good WiFi if working from home no other Bills
