So it’s In Caldicot right next to the train station. It’s a single room. It has a closet built in that can fit a lot. Single bed side table. And a small fridge.
The room would be £100 a week. I just ask for a week deposit. Then a week paid to cover first week. Then payment every week.
It’s a shared house already have one guy living with me. We share the bathroom and kitchen.
Includes WiFi. If you have a car have to park just round the corner.
I also have 1 and cat and 1 dog have to mindful of.
Someone clean and tidy quiet be great. when used kitchen and bathroom cleans after themself too.
