A very friendly atmosphere, laid back and social.
Evenings for chat wine and food when we are free. A modern apartment close to m4 j28. location quiet area but close to all amenities. I have been a housemate in a landlord's house up north and it was great fun met some really interesting people and we had lots of meals together. I would like to continue that here now as I am home in Wales.
The bills are included in the rent and bedding can be supplied if needed. Fairly laid back approach to this really....play it by ear!
The location right on j28 of m4 is excellent for commuting in the South West area in general. Cardiff, Bristol being close by.
I have only just arrived here myself after house sharing in the Midlands area can be good fun!
