Room in end of terrace house, fully furnished including TV.
House has all mod cons, Wifi, cable TV plasma screen, dishwasher etc. Comfortable and warm house with a garden with patio area, a real suntrap when and if the sun shines. It is very close to bus routes, 10 mins from town centre. I do like to keep the house fairly quiet, would prefer a professional person or older student as this is not a party house. I like to encourage socialising, may be a drink at the local, sharing the cooking, etc.
