Our 18th century detached Welsh stone cottage is a lovely spacious house finished to a high standard and full of character - wooden floors, exposed beams, a fire place, a wood burning stove etc. There is a secluded garden with sheds and veg patch and a private drive with parking for 2 cars.

The house is situated in the centre of Bangor, just minutes walking distance from the train station and shops/supermarkets, and just a short commute to the A55 and coast roads. Yet, the house feels very private and secluded. 

The house has 4 double bedrooms (two with sinks), a lounge, an open-plan kitchen/dining room, bathroom (with bath and a superb shower), a second upstairs cloakroom/toilet. Fully double glazed. Mains gas and a condensing combi boiler. 

We are looking for a family or working professionals to rent the house, or possibly mature / postgraduate students. If the property is rented to students, only two applicants can be accepted at the moment (more if they are couples/related), as the property is currently not a House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO). However, if the property is rented to students, then there is the option to convert it into an HMO within a few months, allowing 4 or 5 students to live there (different costs will apply).
