Single room for rent in Bangor, Gwynedd

Due to unforeseen circumstances back home I have to withdraw from University shortly and so am looking for someone to replace me in the house for next year. Preferably that person is a tidy roommate, reliable regarding paying the rent and is sociable too.

The house is on Beach Road and has a lovely view of the coast in front of it. The room available is a single room that overlooks the front of the house and it comes furnished. The house is 15 minutes walk near the coast from nearby Bangor University and there are nearby supermarkets, pubs and a service station. The room is available for 12 months (1/7/2012 - 1/7/2013) and is going for £230 a month which is a very good price for such a picturesque location. The landlord is Welsh however lives in England so visits are infrequent. I personally know the other roommates and they're lovely people; very friendly and easygoing. They've lived in the house last year and said it was such a good experience that they're staying for another year. As a bonus they also bake lots of cakes!
