One double attic room with adjoining study to let to mature students/postgrads in our friendly home, in a quiet but central location, 2 minutes from Bangor High Street and 5 minutes walk from the university (please see photo of view from the house).

The house is fully insulated, with double-glazing, full central heating and a garden with evening sunshine (weather permitting).

The attic room is fully furnished and has terrific views over Bangor. Sole use of separate study, approx 2.75m x s2.30m (9' 0" x 7' 6") with large desk, is also included in the rent.

All bills are included in the rent and we supply consumables, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, etc.

Shared use of bathroom, large lounge/diner with open fireplace, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, etc., also washing machine, tumble dryer and separate toilet.

We have 2 cats who are very lovely but do tend to bring in the odd mouse as a present.

We welcome enquiries from mature students only.

We're both ex-Bangor grads, so expect quiet supportive atmosphere when the pressure's on. We're quite flexible regarding details (forms never cover everything) so please email/phone for a chat if you'd like any other information,
