Hi, we're looking for a new housemate to live with us in our lovely rented house. The house is a large family house, modern décor, with a large kitchen, large living/dining room, 2 gardens, a conservatory, 3 large bedrooms with a spare single room. A garage and plenty of parking space. The house is opposite Ysbyty Gwynedd in a quiet estate with friendly neighbours.
It really is a lovely house, and will be your home away from home as we are very friendly.
You'd be living with Manon (26 year old primary teacher) and Kallie (3rd year student).
You must be a professional person to help with paying council tax. Bills on top PM is: £10 sky tv and internet. £10 water. £30 gas/leccy.
We also have a small single room (£150 PCM excluding bills) photos available upon request.
