Room in rural location 15min from high street

There is a room available in a lovely former Penrhyn Estate farmhand cottage in Minffordd.

The room is in a 2 bedroom cottage, with live in landlady, myself.

The cottage consist of a shared living room with solid fuel stove, back room, currently a study and kitchen, all downstairs. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The cottage is small and therefore I am looking for someone who is tidy.

I am originally from Italy and currently work part-time from home in IT and also work with a local outdoor education social enterprise.

I am looking for someone who will not spend all the time in their room but will actually like the idea of house sharing.

Included in the rent is broadband, however heating (wood and coal), council tax (if applicable), water, electricity are all extra. Breakdown available.

The room is available from the start of March until the start of University summer holidays as after that date I have people visiting.

Please note:

* I don't have a TV, if you wish one the TV licence and TV set will be your responsibility.

* There is no parking available immediately by the cottage, but about 100m away.

* References will be required and will be checked.

* The room can actually fit a queen double bed, but there will be very little space left!
