The house is located close to high street and within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the University, station and most supermarkets. The house has a modern and well equipped kitchen including electric cooker, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer. There are two toilets, one fitted with a shower. The heat efficiency of the house is excellent and it remains warm with minimal gas consumption. You will be paying @ £260 pcm that includes water and broadband. The electricity and gas bills are shared and usually come between £20-30 pcm. You will be sharing the house with 3 lovely and responsible students.
