One double room for rent. £280 pcm includes rent, broadband wifi, sky, council tax and water. However gas and electric are on a meter and the cost would be split equally between three of us. I am a live in the house with my boyfriend and we are looking for one person to rent our spare room. I have a friendly cat that lives with us, so it is essential that you like him too. A bed and dressing table are in the room, the house is fully furnished and we would all be sharing the kitchen, lounge and shower room / toilet.

10 minute walk away from town center, public buses pass through the estate every ten minutes.

We are open minded and friendly, we like our house to be kept clean and quiet at night.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, over 18, tidy and will respect the house. Happy to welcome sensible students, or anyone working, but no DSS.
