Single room for female student

1 single room available which I am subletting in the 2 bed house I am renting. Rent for the room is £275pm.

Female student, non-smoker please. (Professional is also ok but you will have arrange to pay council tax)

Bills not included. Internet £22 per month, water £33 per month, would be split equally with myself. I haven’t had electric or gas bills yet as only recently moved in. There is central heating but also 2 wood burners which should save money on heating. Looking for someone who is also keen to use these – we have quite a bit of wood which is here for us to use.

Included in the room - single bed with brand new mattress, large book case, chest of drawers, clothes hanging space, lots of shelves & storage space.

No desk in the room however there is a desk and chair downstairs in the front room. Either we can try sharing this desk if you need a desk, or using the dining table, or we can move this desk to your room if you want (there is definitely enough space) and I will get another desk for myself to go downstairs.

1 shared bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, mirror. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, hoover.

Front living room with 2 comfy chairs plus dining table with chairs. Also a back room which is another living room with a sofa (which pulls out into a double bed.) Garden with patio, table & chairs, apple tree, lots of plants and a pond. There is also a shed at the end of the garden with a tumble dryer.

If you have a TV you will need a TV licence.

Local amenities nearby. 2 min walk to high street, 5 min walk to Asda, 10-15 min walk to university.
Car parking space over the road.

Ideally looking for someone who wants to rent for the whole academic year i. e. up to middle of June 2015. However, Erasmus students also considered. If you need to stay longer than this then we can discuss it.

Landlord is good and looks after the house very well as it is his own home which he is renting out whilst working in away.

Just to let you know about me, I’m a medical student in Cardiff but taking a year away from Medicine to do another degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. This is my 5th year of uni and I’m not interested in having a party house, just want to work hard and also have a relaxing and good time spending a year in Bangor. I don’t eat meat or drink alcohol. I'm pretty chilled out but just ask that you be respectful of that. I am a quiet person, I like yoga, travelling & reading.
