I have one newly decorated and comfortable single room available in my house which is ideal for someone who is working/student or wants to share part-time. The house has a full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker etc. Conservatory and small courtyard garden. Full bathroom with bath and walk-in shower...shared. It's a lovely light-filled, warm house in a quiet area of Beaumaris and is 5 minutes to the beach and the shops/pubs/restaurants/bus ( 5 minutes away and it goes to Bangor and train station). All bills included.

No pets. I have a small dog.
Depending on the applicant and how many times they need the room the price is negotiable.
