Large Double bedroom in sociable friendly house. This is a five bed maisonette in good condition, with lounge, two bathrooms, kitchen, garage and garden.

Outside there is a balcony with garden furniture, a reasonably sized garden and drying area, and a double garage. You can't park in the garage but it's a good place to store surf boards / bikes/ boats etc.

Inside there is a kitchen, dining room, lounge, 2 bathrooms and attic space. All of these are shared. We have a good system to manage the amount of people in the house, and a cleaner comes weekly to clean the shared areas.

Each bedroom has a double bed, storage space and a small sofa area so you can get away from everyone if you want. Although there are 4 people living in the house it often feels quiet and there never seems to be a problem with cooking or showering.

I'm a live in landlady, with my two collie dogs. They are both friendly, but you do need to like dogs if you want to live here.

Current house mates are between 26 and 52, and are all friendly and sociable.

Down side is that we do not have a TV ariel so any tv watching needs to be done 'on demand', and my nod towards reducing my energy consumption means that we don't have dish washer or tumble dryer.
