Garden Flatlet in Llanfairfechan

Accommodation on one floor of 4 floor Victorian semi detatched house in quiet part of small town on North Wales coast. Good bus and train links to Bangor and Llandudno.

In reality, although shared amenities, The Lodger will have pretty much sole use of a kitchen-diner; bathroom and living room. I will need access to the area regularly but shall respect your privacy. The flatlet is separated from the rest of the house by a curtained stairwell. It has its own door at the garden level. Recently renovated.

Shared Laundry room. Gas central heating, electric cooker, microwave, fridge. Bathroom has bath with shower over.

The living room is south facing onto the garden. The Garden has views up to the hills and Anglesey.

The entire house is lorded over by two characterful cats who will need access through the cat flap located in the flatlet door. They will reward the lodger with plenty of cuddles in return, but the new lodger will need to be a cat lover.

I am hoping for someone who, although independent, will enjoy sharing the odd meal and laugh.
