Lovely house and couple looking for lodger.

Hello,

We are looking for a lodger to move in any time after new year.

We are both working and have just purchased a beautiful 3 level house in Penmachno.

Hoping to find a chilled and clean singleton or couple to live on the top floor we dont mind if you are profeesional or a mature student.

The house is very large with 4 seperate rooms, you would be staying in one of the attic rooms with lovely views across the countryside.

We are in the process of doing part of it up its not a building site just a case of plastering a few walls, the kitchen is basic but we have a large pine dining table for gatherings and an 'activity room' to store bikes, fishing gear etc.

The house is heated by our livingroom Fireplace which houses a multi-fuel burner with back-boiler which heats three radiators and the hot water (Very hot).


Exposed oak floor boards throughout. with original sash windows. 2 toilets and a bath.
