Beautiful and large Double Room for rent

Hi all,

we are looking for a relaxed, friendly but tidy housemate/s or boarder to live with myself, Jack and our cat Molly in Penmachno.

Happy to rent the room to an individual for 280 or a couple 350.

We have a beautiful home: separate kitchen, separate living-room, 2 bedrooms and 2 attic bedrooms, 1 x bathroom with bath and a second toilet. The house has wooden flooring throughout and a coal/log burner that heats the three main radiators in the house.

This is a project and so although very beautiful and livable we are currently renovating the attic rooms and putting in a new shower. Therefore rent is cheap and includes all bill/council tax and internet.

There is a pub a few steps up the road and Penmachno bike trials are right outside the door. If you are looking to live round here you have probably already googled the area, its great!

I work in Bangor University and may be able to share petrol/ provide lifts to and from Bangor during the week ( I drive through Snowdonia). Jack often works in London.

We are looking for someone friendly, who might even like to have breakfast or dinner with us, no pressure though.

If any bikers/holiday makers are interested in staying for a few days we are happy to put you up for 40 per night. Also if you would like to rent the entire house during the holidays please do send us an email.

Parking is available but may not be right outside the house. There is space to keep your bikes etc in the 'activity room' of the house.
