Lovely room in quarry cottage

Lovely large room with a king size bed. Fully Furnished and light with 2 bright Windows. All kitchenalia included as well as own fridge and full use of all amenities including oven, dish washer and dryer in communal kitchen. Full broadband and Sky in the house as well as a dvd/blu rayplayer ps3 and xbox in communal lounge. There is also outside storage and a lovely court yard with chairs etc to enjoy.
Dont mind smokers but not in the house. This room has been occupied for the last 3 years by a student attending bangor uni, very sad to see her go. Penmaenmawr is 15 mins from the uni so an ideal spot for someone not wanting halls or a typical student house. We are looking for someone similar, a student in university or a professional in full time work. We are easy going people that are looking for an easy going person to live with in our house, and that dont mind our great pets :)
