The annexe's lounge/dining area and its kitchen, shower and loo is currently shared with just one tidy, friendly and professional person.

There is fast, fibre-optic broadband.

Some choice of furniture is available.

Alderholt is approximately 2 miles from Fordingbridge, 6 miles from Ringwood, 13 from Salisbury and 17 to Bournemouth.

The house is on the edge of Alderholt.

There is an off-road parking space for one car.

Must be a professional 'non-noisy', tidy person. Non-smokers only.

Happy with someone who either wants to be a bit sociable or prefers to keep themselves to themselves.

This could be a long term home.
