I have 1 lovely, big room available in Aldershot. No deposit required but a guarantor is required.

Please do not apply if you won't be able to provide a guarantor. All bills are included, I don’t ask for a deposit and I don’t mind if your credit-check is not perfect, I just want someone who has a credit-worthy guarantor (if someone you know trusts you to pay your rent, then I will trust you too).

Furniture includes single bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 seater sofa, laundry basket, small bin, wall mirror and door hook. I am flexible with the furniture and am happy to remove unwanted items including the bed if you have your own. Every bedroom has a radiator, TV-aerial point, 8 power sockets, fitted carpet, double-glazed openable window and a door lock. I am happy to put your pictures up on the wall for you.

It is a large house with 4 bedrooms, communal room, kitchen, bathroom, back garden. There are 2 fridge-freezers, electric oven/hob, toaster, kettle, sink, microwave oven and Siemens washing machine. A new central heating boiler was installed at the end of 2013 and the communal areas are regularly upgraded.

Fast 50Mb Virgin broadband. Permit parking. Ideal location a short walk from Aldershot town centre, bus and train stations. Direct line to London Waterloo, Guildford and Farnham. 6 buses an hour to Farnborough and Camberley.

Your costs will include a £40 credit-check/reference and a £40 credit-check/reference of your guarantor.
Then an administration fee of £80 is payable with the first months rent. The rent is £99 per week for single occupancy payable monthly (£429. 00). All bills included.

I live in Farnborough, but I usually visit Aldershot on Monday evenings to clean the communal areas and to put the bins out for collection. I pay for the oven/hob to be professionally cleaned twice a year.

Aldershot town is vibrant and expanding with many good pubs to choose from and probably the best curry in Britain (Gurkha Raj Doot). Last year new shops opened such as Morrisons, a Wetherspoons, a hotel, multi-screen cinema and many new restaurants including Nandos, Mimosa, Frankie and Benny's, Harvester, Toby Carvery, Pizza Express, Prezzo and Subway. These join long established attractions such as The Princes Theatre, The West End Centre (a live music venue), Artificial Ski Slope, 10-pin Bowling, Leisure Centre (gym, 2 indoor pools and open-air Lido), Aldershot Town Football Club (The Shots), Spedeworth Motorsports Raceway, golf course and library.
