The Room
The room is located at the front of the house on the 2nd floor.

It has a wardrobe with drawers and a comfortable pine bed with a new mattress.

There is also WiFi broadband.

We do also have a double room available.

The House
Is strictly non-smoking

You will have shared use of the toilet shower room with one other, we have a large garden, off road parking and some gym equipment. There is a communal lounge with sky sports and another room rarely used by family.

Location

Commutable distances to London, Guildford, Basingstoke, Reading, Winchester, Woking, Farnham, Farnborough, Aldershot Staines, Windsor, Camberley, Bracknell & Maidenhead.

We are close to a nature reserve on the Aldershot/Farnham border and a fifteen minute walk from Aldershot station

There is a medium sized convenience store located about 400 yards from the end of the road and large Tesco and Morrisons, cinema and centre with many places to eat all within a ten minute walk

Suitability
The room is available immediately and would suit a professional who is working in the area during the week and goes home at weekends, ideally a teacher as we work term time.
