Both rooms available are double rooms on the middle floor with access to a shared bathroom. Shared living room/diner and kitchen.
Full Virgin TV, all channels in both rooms, 150Mb Internet access.
I am a live in landlord and like to think I am easy going and friendly, I'm not always about and the other current occupant works shifts, so it is often a nice quiet house.
The rent includes all bills except the cleaners who come twice weekly but its cheap anyway.
I'm not fussed if you smoke but you will need to go outside for that!
