House is all newly refurbished, modern and light decoration with fully fitted kitchen, two bathrooms and a separate WC downstairs (one unavailable room also has an en-suite so that's even less people to share the bathrooms with!).

Rent is £100 per week/£400 per month which includes all bills (gas, electric, water, internet). Please note that the rent is paid termly (every four months) as this is a student house. The tenant also requires a UK guarantor.

The house is a really high standard and in a nice neighbourhood, with parking available and only a 20 minute walk from Aldershot train station.
