We have a newly refurbished large double room with en-suite available in our large house located close to the town centre and station.

The room is furnished and also contains a fridge and food storage area.

In the house there is also a lounge with freeview tv etc. and a large kitchen with the normal facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Outside there is a large maintained garden.

The rent also includes a cleaner who visits once per week to clean all communal areas.
