2 Lovely rooms to rent to students (includes meal)

2 large rooms available, to female students, with double beds and furnishings. The rooms can be rented term time only if desired and possessions stored during the holidays if required. Ideal for UCA student - one room already let to a student for September 2016.

We are a vegetarian household so would be ideal for someone who shares this ethos. Rent of £475/month includes evening meals.

Spacious Victorian house, excellent facilities, including luxury shower room and bathroom and new kitchen. Wifi available.

Train and bus station 5 minutes walk.

We are an easy going and friendly family who enjoy fine food, films, books and trips to the pub!

Applicants must either be vegetarian or happy to eat only vegetarian food whilst in the house, and must also be dog friendly.

A monthly donation will be made to adopt and protect 5 elephants in Africa.
