fully furnished Single room to let in our friendly family home shared bathroom and kitchen, wifi all bills are included except phone, off road parking good size garden with decking and seating. rent to be paid in advance and 1 weeks rent as deposit.
we don't want you to spend all your time in your room we would love you to join us watching tele and to make the most of the house we also have a dining room with a sofa and TV good size garden with BBQ & a seating area we are very easy going but do have some house rules these rules also apply to family members.
