Medium double/large single room available in clean and tidy 2-bed, 2-bath ground floor flat in the centre of Alresford. Kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer plus all the usuals. Bills included - energy, broadband, TV licence, council tax, water, Sky+. Room is currently furnished with double bed and mattress (bought only a year and a half ago), large wardrobe, desk and chair, although you are welcome to bring your own furniture. New block of 14 flats built in 2008. Watch steam trains from your bedroom.... if you like! Option to include sole use of main bathroom with the room for £30 extra per week (I have an ensuite in my room). The main bathroom is opposite the second bedroom making it very nearly ensuite.

A bit about me - I am a professional working in Winchester Monday-Friday. I am away possibly 1 in 4 weekends of the year. I have lived in my flat since July 2008 when it was brand new.

I have ticked the pets welcome box, but mainly to welcome people who may have hamsters, gerbils, birds or other small pets. I have a cat myself, so it may work if you have a cat. I don't think I would accept a dog unless it is very small and very very clean, and not left at home for the majority of the day, and to accommodate a dog the rent may have to be adjusted.
