Mon-Fri let in luxury serviced annexe

Monday - Friday let only. The annexe has its own independent entrance and comprises:

• Double furnished bedroom with flat screen Freeview TV, DVD player, and WiFi network. Furniture includes double bed with deep filled orthopaedic mattress, large oak wardrobe, table and chair, comfortable leather armchair and bedside table. Extra facilities include iron, ironing board and hairdryer.  Large French doors look onto a peaceful Japanese garden with a picnic table for sole use of the annexe. The main garden is quiet and spacious and backs on to open fields.

• Well equipped kitchenette with large sink, fridge freezer, microwave oven, convection oven with two hot plates, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble drier and clothes airer. All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery supplied.

• Large, modern wet room with shower, toilet and sink. Shaver point. Softened water. Towels provided.

Annexe cleaned and bins emptied weekly. All towels and bed linen also laundered weekly.

Parking available in cul-de-sac. Late Sunday arrival considered.  No smoking. Would prefer long term let.

Old Alresford is conveniently situated between Winchester, Alton and Basingstoke. It is possible to reach all three towns in around 20 minutes. London is approx 45 mins by train from Winchester or Basingstoke. The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac away from traffic noise. Old Alresford is an idyllic village, only 10 minutes walk (2 min drive) from the Georgian market town of Alresford which boasts a fabulous range of independent retailers, providing everything from everyday essentials to beautiful designer boutiques. The town is also host to a wide range of pubs and restaurants with the Globe on the Lake a beautifully restored 17th century coaching inn, being the nearest.
