We are, ideally, looking for a professional female to lodge with us in our family home in Alton.
This is a great opportunity to rent a room in a lovely family home only a 15 minute walk to the station with trains direct to Waterloo for London. By car it is just 20 minutes from Basingstoke, Winchester & 45 minutes to Portsmouth.
The room offered is a large double room which has a large built in wardrobe, double bed & en-suite shower room.
There is a drive which will, if needed, fit 3 cars, but safe off road parking is also available in this quiet close.
You will be sharing the family home of a married professional couple & their cat. We do regularly have family over to visit & stay. The property has a large living room, kitchen & dining room as well as a pleasant garden. The living room is family space, but we are reasonably accommodating with regard to sharing this space.
