Single room in Victorian terraced house

I am currently looking for a house mate to share my little cottage-like terraced house. Situated within a two minute walk from Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer, the house is fairly central in Alton, with a ten-fifteen minute walk to the train station. You can practically roll round the corner to amazing local The George.

The road does lack off street parking but if you commute the Mount Pleasant car park is free after 6pm until 9am (permits can be bought to be able to park earlier as well as giving Saturday free too).

As for the house... Down stairs there are stripped floorboards in both rooms. The sitting room is snug, with log burner primed ready for the soggy Winter weather. The kitchen is a spacious country style one and is fully furnished.

Up stairs there are painted floorboards and rugs throughout. The room is a furnished single with shared use of the bathroom.

Ideally I'd like a similarly chilled house mate who's happy enough with their own social life, but who's also partial to share a beer or wine after work sometimes. Also someone who can tolerate my dodgy guitar playing from time to time!
