A lovely clean bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom containing shower, loo and sink, available on the edge of Alton for single occupancy, linen and towels provided, room also has TV point and TV can be provided. There is also the option to use a dining room/sitting room as your own most evenings with its own TV as the homeowner has a separate sitting room. This house is a wing of an old manor house dating back 200yrs yet still only 5mins walk to Alton town with good bus services to Basingstoke, Winchester and Guildford. 10 mins walk to the train station with half hourly trains in to London, Waterloo, with a journey time of one hour.
Exceptionally clean and tidy, well mannered and thoughtful family of three, I am a working single mum with very high standards! My children are a girl aged 15 and a boy aged 13., When they are not at school they are kept busy studying or we are off traveling!
We have a good routine so are easy to work around if you want to keep yourself to yourself and the house big enough that the only shared space is the kitchen.
