Large double bedroom available in central Alton, use of spare room as a living room also included. Bedroom includes non working fireplace and built in cupboards.

House facilities are; smallish kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. One shared bathroom with shower/bath. Wifi broadband. There is a large living room, and a spare room which can be used as another living room.

Upstairs flat with a slightly strange layout due to it being an old building. 15 minute walk to the station, thirty seconds to the bus stop.

I'm looking for someone who knows how to pay rent/bills on time and in the correct amount. No couples, children, pets or idiots.
